Stretford Paddock are on the the road AGAIN! This will be the teams fifth away fixture in a row due to Winsford Town kindly accepting to bring the reverse fixture forward. The Butchers Arms needs about a month's worth of Saharan sunlight to dry out.

The teams approach this match on chalk and cheese form:

The results don't quite tell the full tail of Paddock's supposed "run of poor form". A couple of unstoppable long range efforts from Lymm to win it, a high quality battle against Upton, and a narrow loss to NLW. We've never taken anyone for granted this season because losses can happen to anyone any given week. Just look at Brow v Lymm or Pilkington v Haydock.

Paddock will not be holding out for lady luck to show up though that's for certain, but more performances like against that against UJFC and we have every chance of coming away from tomorrow's match with the three points.

Winsford have been on fine form in recent weeks against teams they would have been expected to beat. Their most recent test came against Poynton in the cup where their Captain saw red in a frustrating fixture as they were dumped out at the quarters finals. The team are well coached, organised, and enjoy a system that has been clearly effective for them this season.

Rob Hopley (#9) and Will Eaton (#10) are gracing the top scorer charts with their exploits in the final third for Winsford Town, whilst Paddocks 'Assist King' continues to lead the assist charts in the league.

Winsford will have a dedicated supporters group tomorrow, so any members of the Red and White Army able to do so need to come and cheer on our lads. The positivity and motivation can start with all of us. If you can't be at the match then start getting on the socials and getting behind the team. The next couple of fixtures could define our promotion charge, so let the club hear your voice loud and clear 🔴⚪⚫ COME ON LADS!!
